Welcome to the counseling section of Advanced Development of Individuals (oigarden.com). I am Bill Oigarden, Ph.D. Candidate LMHC, NCC practicing in North Central Florida. In home and online video counseling available.

Since the late 1980s, I have been helping people feel better about themselves in the corporate, school, hospital, and private practice setting.

At the Advanced Development of Individuals (ADI) Counseling Center I aim to see clients in a timely fashion. Services are scheduled on an appointment basis at ADI; however, those who are suffering from a psychological or emotional crisis often require immediate help or same-day intervention. Call and check for availability.
